I was going through your code, and found it pretty hard to work out in
places. I'm still not 100% sure, but here's my altered patch with
comments. I'd appreciate it, Ryan, if you could check the comments in
WP_User::has_cap, as this is where most of my confusion was stemming
from. Thanks.
