[wp-hackers] Haven't installed WordPress yet - run install.php

Um, actually the error then would be:

	There doesn't seem to be a wp-config.php file. I need this
	before we can get started.

Etc.

The error about installation not having run crops up only if WordPress
"sees" the database but, for one reason or another, isn't able to call
any records from the users table.
