It would have been cool that to make it clear on your plugin's page what
license your are using to distribute your work. Please answer ASAP if GPL
applies. ;)

To wp-hackers:

I've reworked Jonas' yahoo2tag plugin to make it more suitable for plugin
development. For use as a means of proposing tags rather than imposing them,
for instance.
