Hi All,

Thanks for your comments about the PDF format of the report. 

Originally the draft report was intended just for Matt's eyes and
feedback before release to a broader audience. His lack of time
availability meant that we decided to release more generally, but I
overlooked the doc format issue at the time.

Anyway, there's now a PDF version online
(www.gabrielwhite.com/wordpress/) in addition to the Word version (I'm
more than happy for you to write comments directly into the Word
version with version tracking if that's the way you prefer to edit
docs collaboratively, otherwise just let me know your thoughts in
plain text email).
