[wp-hackers] Automatic site theme generation

When the blogname does not use only ascii symbols the sanitized name,
and therefore the directory of the generated site theme, consists
primarily of % and uncomprehensible letters. Actually it is not a
problem, but it is not very pleasant to have
'%d1%82%d0%b5%d1%81%d1%82%d0%b2%d0%b0%d0%bc-%d0%bb%d0%b8-%d0%bb%d0%be%d0%ba%d0%b0%d0%bb%d0%b8%d0%b7%d0%b8%d1%80%d0%b0%d0%bc-%d0%bb%d0%b8'
in the path for the css file and other theme files.

Is generation of site theme really needed? Or couldn't it be with some
standard name, that does not depend on user input. For example
'your-theme' or something like that.
