 Yes is there, the issue is in the actual configuration, Wordpress is using
 the "api-tester/content" for both plugins and themes and
 "Chassis/tree/master/wp/wp-content" is being simply ignored. I agree it
 may be an issue for Chassis but it's also a misconfiguration of the test
 environment of the         JSON REST API plugin.
