[wp-design] version 7.1

You guys do realise that once I get going it'll be hard to hold me back. I'm 
revving up again, since honestly I can't wait to actually start using this 
thing. 

Changes I've made:

1. Minor tweaks to the top:

   - I've hidden the actual System Message to better highlight the need 
   for more colour in the design. (it's still in the psd)
    - I've tweaked the top bar to be more distinct from the rest of the 
   actual elements, highlighting more clearly that those links take you to 
   another page. 
    - Moved the post-slug and password up top. How could I say no to 
   those baby blues eh Chris. 
   - Lighter blue background at the top to fit in with the light gray at 
   the bottom. 

As always I'm just putting options on the table. This way we get to see what 
it might look like. If we don't like it at least we've tried it. Let's talk 
people, it's good to talk, even if it's to say you don't like it.
