    For me it's clear cut, themes should not be dialing anywhere home.
    We can debate opt in or not, but this is something we should stamp

                                          "can we track you" pointer,
                                          and later it <a

                                            target="_blank">checks "yes"
                                            or "no" against true</a>,
                                          which evals to true, and sets
