You report your findings on the theme ticket. There, the theme
creator can get back to you. You either mark it as apprroved or
don't flag it. Do not mark as not approved even if you have found
issues, let the author get back to you with changes.<br>

Few things I need to ask, Once I install WP with the required
developer tools and the theme; and I review it; where do I
report it? I could not find any place, I am use to github and
issue tracker etc, but don't know how you guys carry this steps
could you please guide me with this?<br>
