<div dir="ltr">The text domain should be exactly the same as the theme's slug. So if the theme is called "boot_strap", then that's right, otherwise he needs to change it.<div><br>The language files are actually correctly named. Themes have always been a bit weird with naming those files. This is something we hope to correct long term, but yes, having them just be "locale.mo" in a directory by themselves is currently correct.</div><div class="gmail_extra"><br clear="all"><div>-Otto</div>

So I think that pot file should be boot_strap.pot.<br>
IMO <a href="http://en.mo/en.po" target="_blank">en.mo/en.po</a> are wrong names too.<br>
