<br></div>Half the current admins already have themes in the repo and make money from WordPress related projects in one way or another already.<br>
<br></div>I think it would be the same as it ever was, anyone, reviewers or admins should never have any involvement with tickets for their own work. And if caught doing so, banned.<br></div>
