Again, this will be only be something that can be earned, over time, and qualification but it is seriously needed. If abused, you lose your status for a month, if abused again revoked for a year. I've heard a few ideas, but not much to address the root problem that's always been present.<br>
<br></div>Or we do nothing and this conversation continues to come up time and time again until someone who's actually in power finally steps in and fixes things.<br></div>
