<div dir="ltr">Yeah, I just found that after a bit of searching. Looks like this statement has existed for some time. Dunno where it originally came from though.<br><br>I'm editing that handbook page to remove that last sentence. It's clearly untrue and should not be allowed to continue further.<br>
