<div><br></div><div>The reviewer has since uploaded an updated version of the theme to correct issues I raised. This has created a new ticket (<a href="https://themes.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/19502">https://themes.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/19502</a>) rather than update the original ticket, no doubt because I had closed it (my bad).</div>
