<div dir="ltr">While I was reviewing a theme I found wp_register_script function along with 
wp_enqueue_script(). I was once told to use only wp_enqueue_script() to enqueue 
scripts files and not wp_register_scripts(). Is it ok to use 
wp_register_script() on a theme?<div>
