<body class='hmmessage'><div dir='ltr'>To my understanding, the only Public Domain license compatible with GPL for WordPress.org purposes is the CC By 0 license - but lately I've been coming across some themes with resources whose license is declared as "None (Public Domain) and I've been advising theme authors that the license/copyright must be explicitly declared.<br><br>So my question here is where do we stand with the aforementioned license?
