<div dir="ltr">I would actually go with all "viewable" text rendered by the theme should be in English.<div><br><div>I would not be too concerned with the screenshot's text as that is more a visual representation of the theme where the text should really be more "placeholder" than anything else ... now, if that placeholder text is "spammy" in some way that may need to be addressed.</div>
