<p dir="ltr">If the only thing that requires the GPLv3 for compatibility is Bootstrap, and its version is the latest (3.1.1), you mat suggest the theme author to switch to the GPLv2 for the whole theme as Bootstrap 3.1.1 is released under the MIT License.</p>
