I know there is the codex but the codex isn't always updated either. In a way the blog does serve as hub on not only how to make themes but how to submit to the repo. As a theme reviewer I'm always wanting to learn new ways of using menus, widgets, shortcodes, and CSS tricks. One of the main reasons I wanted to become a reviewer.</div>
