<div>(unless something has changed in newer versions that’s how it was)</div></div></div></div></blockquote><div><br></div><div><br></div>For normal installs, you have to have the unfiltered_html capability. On multisite, that capability is reserved to Super-Admins by default. As it should be, really, because if you can put script in, you can do a lot of things that maybe you shouldn't be able to do unless you're the admin of the site.<br>
