<br><b>@</b><span name="Srikanth Koneru"><b>Srikanth</b> - I think most people learn best by simply doing, and with admin guidance on final approvals, I think it works fairly well already. Though, knowledge is power and we don't all learn the same so I think a video is a great idea. Although WordPress isn't paying these guys, there's no budget for this project, so someone with the experience and know-how, who's willing to do it for free would need to volunteer to create such a video.<br>
