Version 1.11 is not the same as version 1.1.1.<br>

That's "one dot fifty-four". Since 5 is less than 54, then it's a<br>
lower version number. WordPress's update system uses the PHP semantic<br>
versioning mechanism. So if it allowed you to upload 1.6, for example,<br>
then nobody would ever get the update because that is a lower version<br>
number than 1.54.<br>

If you mean version "1.1.1", then that is what must be in the<br>
style.css file. Including the second dot.<br>
