<div dir="ltr">The license for the commercial does need to be indicated explicitly on the upsell page. We're still waiting on word of official WPORG policy with respect to usage restriction based on commercial license expiration, but from my quick glance, it appears that the license applies to updates and support, rather than usage.</div>
