<div class="gmail_extra"><br></div><div class="gmail_extra">For the image in question, the use of that image is not a reasonable use nor a fair one. The image has nothing to do with the theme. It's simply a large banner that takes up most of the screen. In fact, it's detrimental to the theme, because it hides a lot of the layout because of it's size.</div>

<div class="gmail_extra"><br></div><div class="gmail_extra">As for the Unit Tests, if there are images that have licensing problems, then by all means, those problems can be corrected. However, we're not displaying the unit tests as part of something to promote something else. This is also less visible and less likely to cause complaints from copyright owners, but yes, those should be using all free images as well.</div>
