The menu gets activated once the user creates it in the admin. This creates a problem in the the theme preview in <a href="http://wordpress.org" target="_blank">wordpress.org</a>. Also the home.php is not displayed at front. Is this normal? Aren't we allowed to choose our theme preview?</div>
