2. It's only helpful, there are no cons whatsoever.<br><br></div>The reason it basically was a "No" is because it was subjectively overruled and the consensus was basically "We don't want to do that." I never heard any valid cons if any were even presented (can't remember), and saw a lot of pros.<br>
