    Pretty sure it is. I'm planning on using it in some of my themes
    (for 'companion' functionality that can't be hardcoded in to a
    theme).<br>

    It's an excellent solution if you are designing a theme with a
    specific plugin in mind (eg WooCommerce)<br>
