Speaking of the abandoned trac theme graveyard, what's the current
policy on kicking them out of Trac and freeing up some of those
names for others to use? I kind of remember something about that not
being possible, and if so has that changed with the recent
upheavals?<br>

Look at how few themes actually make it into the repo, Trac is a
graveyard of abandoned themes. It's a shame too, because
sometimes they take a great name and then go MIA, making it
unusable forever for anyone else.<br>
