<div style>2. You may use your Theme shop as Author URI</div><div style><br></div><div style>But, if the site runs/promotes Thesis (or any other non-GPL-compatible Theme), it is not valid as either Theme URI or Author URI.</div>

If I remember rightly and it did, then it is GPL compatible, not GPL enough to be listed on .org but GPL enough as to make the reason for disallowing the theme invalid.<br>
