Hey i want to use sliderkit as a slider in my next theme but the problem is this kit having a dependency of jquery library version 1.9.0 .But my wordpress jquery version is 1.8.3, do i need to de-register default jquery and register it with this jquery version 1.9.0 and then enqueu it in header<div>

I was only ever referring to the commercial themes list and what it takes<br>
to be listed there. Wasn't ready or even sure if I wanted to bring that<br>
discussion to the list.<br>

On that note; I had the unusual circumstance where I had to go the IE9<br>
to get the zip file to upload correctly; both Chrome and Firefox told me<br>
that it wasn't a zip file .. and it WAS, I SWEAR!<br>
<br>
I know it's a bit OT, but out of curiosity, what is triggering the<br>
upload script to incorrectly flag an upload as not a zip file?<br>
