Themes like Toolbox are "starter" Themes, intended to be derived into other Themes. Requiring developers to change all of the namespacing would *discourage* implementing updates to the original Toolbox Theme into the derived Theme.<div>
<br></div><div>Bear in mind: the intent/purpose of the namespacing requirements is to ensure that anything the Theme defines/declares in the public namespace won't conflict with anything else in the namespace.</div>
