<br></div><div>We have a theme named Clean Retina in the<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span><a href="http://wordpress.org/" target="_blank" style="color:rgb(17,85,204)">wordpress.org</a>. "Retina" is an official trademark of Apple Inc. <a href="http://tsdr.uspto.gov/#caseNumber=85056807&caseType=SERIAL_NO&searchType=statusSearch" target="_blank" style="color:rgb(17,85,204)">http://tsdr.uspto.gov/#caseNumber=85056807&caseType=SERIAL_NO&searchType=statusSearch</a> . But we don't think that should be a problem since there are many free plugins in WordPress.org using word Retina in their plugin name like (wp retina 2x, Retina for wp, simple wp retina and other too). Or will it be a problem?</div>
<div><br></div><div>If we intend to make premium version of same theme with word Retina. Will that be a problem? FYI we have found a Premium PSD in Theme Forest using the word "Retina".</div><div><br></div><div>
Please share your thoughts and suggestions.</div><div><br></div><div>Regards,</div><div>Sanjiv <br></div></span></span>
