Hi Leena,<div><br></div><div>The "new" status applies to the *ticket*, not to the *Theme*. The ticket status is *new* because the ticket is currently unassigned.</div><div><br></div><div>The ticket itself is in the Priority #3 queue (previously-reviewed, not-approved Themes). That appears to be the correct queue, since the previous version was not-approved:</div>
