The guidelines should have to be reduced. In half. Or at least the
reviewers should follow more simple rules. <br>
The current guidelines are very detailed, as such they are suitable
for (kind of) WP standards for best practice but make review process
slower and tedious. But to stimulate developers to stick to detailed
guidelines there might be some 'reward' like badge in theme's page
or something else indicating that this theme is compatible with WP
standards of good practice and quality.<br>
