know a lot of plugins, after "activating", still need to actually be activated
in the plugins settings, but is this allowed for themes?<BR><BR>After activating
a theme I'm reviewing on the front-end of the theme appears at the top:<BR>
<H1 style="MARGIN-TOP: 50px; COLOR: red">YOU NEED TO CLICK ON THE CHILDISHLY
SIMPLE OPTIONS BUTTON IN ADMIN / APPEARANCE TO ACTIVATE THIS THEME</H1><BR>Now,
respectively, some themes are more complicated than others and need to be
appropriately adjusted, but can an exception be made here or not, any theme
