Requiring an arbitrary button-push for "activation" is not acceptable. If that button is actually non-functional, then it needs to be removed from the Theme before it can be approved. if the button is functional, then its acceptability depends on the nature of the functionality.<div>

a theme I'm reviewing on the front-end of the theme appears at the top:<br>

SIMPLE OPTIONS BUTTON IN ADMIN / APPEARANCE TO ACTIVATE THIS THEME</h1><br>Now,
respectively, some themes are more complicated than others and need to be
appropriately adjusted, but can an exception be made here or not, any theme
