There's always the off chance that someone neither has nor can afford their own hosting and domain, yet they still want to contribute a free theme that they've created. I would say using a Twitter, Facebook whatever link would be better than nothing in an exception like that. I think users would appreciate <i>someway</i> to contact a theme author instead of nothing at all.<br clear="all">
