Chip is right, to get proper support you need to contact the company that you originally bought your theme from. We're unpaid volunteers.<br><br>If for some reason there is no support or they're not responding, you might consider contacting your host directly. Some won't be very helpful and some will be very helpful, just depends.<br>

I have a word press site that I purchased in Jan. this year. I can not log in even with new passwords, email.... reset everything and still can not get into my site.<br>
How can i get a hold of someone to help with this issue? I have sent numerous messages, emails, with ticket numbers etc and no one has gotten back to me.<br>
