At a minimum, you would need to remove every reference to <a href="http://t-online.de">t-online.de</a> (a telecom site) from the Theme. Beyond that, I cannot say. The authority to block/unblock usernames is outside of the control of the Theme Review Team. You will likely need to ask Otto directly.<div>
