Yup browser translations made our live easy, but they don't translate all languages fine, e.g. Georgian, if I accept theme and theme page will be in Georgian, user will get really crappy translation in English, this is just small case, because not so many people speak/write Georgian.<br>

Way back when, for a time, we did ask developers to have Theme URI in English. But, we abandoned that practice, since in-browser translation is so easy/common. Ultimately, it was a matter of having more important things to focus on.<span class="HOEnZb"><font color="#888888"><div>

Why?<br>
Plus, you can "translate" the URIs and offer pages in different languages. WordPress.org doesn't support it but the admin list does.<span><font color="#888888"><br>
