Hi Towfiq. I'd recommend using the plugin version of the Options Framework for anything you submit to the .org repository. My own theme (<a href="http://wordpress.org/extend/themes/portfolio-press" target="_blank">http://wordpress.org/extend/<u></u>themes/portfolio-press</a>) does this and passed theme review fine. You can also look at it to see how I implemented the options there.<br>
