I *think* the question was whether or not the *content* of the ThemeURI/AuthorURI could include promotion/advertisement of the developer's ThemeForest Themes. As long as the promoted/advertised Themes are GPL-compliant, that's fine.<div>

No, it's not acceptable. In WP repo credit links are strictly
limited in their content, they have to be related with the theme
itself or with the author (personal site). <br>
