Judging by the "Personal" and "Extended" licenses that are offered (there is no other license text to be found on the site), the themes sold there are not GPL-compatible.<br>
<br>Is this a ground for immediate rejection?<br><br>PS: The theme has a good number of additional issues, so it won't be approved anyway - if that matters.<br>
