My initial reaction is: no. I think the consequences of moving an existing WordPress installation to a new domain are outside the scope of what should be asked of Theme developers.<div><br></div><div>Especially for things like custom backgrounds, custom image headers, custom nav menus, etc. - such things aren't actually registered/stored in the *Theme's* options, but rather in theme_mods, which is handled/controlled entirely by core.</div>
