Reviewer needs to review your latest Theme when older version is closed.

Hi all,

I recently uploaded a new version of one of my not-yet-approved themes and commented on the old ticket with a link to the new version. Another reviewer closed the old ticket before the new one was accepted, so my theme dropped back to the bottom of the review queue.

I was under the impression we should wait to mark older tickets as closed-newer-version-uploaded until the latest version of the theme was accepted for review, so themes more or less kept their place in the queue and devs weren't penalized for updating their themes. (This is what I've been doing as a reviewer, at least... maybe I'm wrong?) Can someone clarify?

Better yet, is there a formal trac process written somewhere? Is there a need for something like that, with the sudden influx of new reviewers (like myself)?

Thanks,
Caro
