Part of the reason I started working on the "BNS Theme Add-Ins" plugin was to provide end-users with simple access to the theme's docs.<br>There's lots of information that we are recommending to be put into the "readme" file et al. but generally little "obvious" access to it.<br>

I do likewise - except that I list extended copyright/licensing information in the Theme docs that are accessible via WP-Admin.<div><br></div><div>Putting such information in the Theme's README documentation is currently the recommended approach.</div>
