And this is my problem with going to far into REQUIRED here: there is NO standard/consensus/convention regarding what is correct/appropriate, and there may be too many use cases feasibly to set such a standard.<div><br></div>

Many of my users like this because they don't want any comment
functionality to show up on their posts. Other users don't like
