It looks like when emiluzelac see the name of it, he automatically set it to "not-approved". There is just one link in footer file and it is Author URl, so can you tell me where is still the problem? Many and many Themes are "approved" with the same link, for example the newest one here <a href="http://wordpress.org/extend/themes/newstone" target="_blank">http://wordpress.org/extend/themes/newstone</a> </div>
