@Doug - Then both version should be marked as "not-approved" :-( <br>Just make sure the most recent has a reasonably thorough review done.<br><br>It is a rare case when a reviewer will be looking at a Theme and a new version is uploaded at the same time.<br>

I've downloaded and run a quick test on version 1.3 of this theme and<br>
it seems as if all of my original critiques are still valid (and<br>
actually a few more Theme Check inconsistencies have crept in as<br>
well...)<br>
