Does the Theme provide documentation (e.g. readme.txt) explaining the design intent/limitations for the Widget Areas?

Chip

On Thu, Apr 7, 2011 at 12:15 PM, Justin Tadlock <justin@justintadlock.com> wrote:
Sometimes, it may just be part of the design. The most common area
with this would be a header widget. Headers may often have a
limited height and only support something the size of an
advertisement image. I've done this a few times in the past few
years and haven't once had a user ask why they couldn't add more
stuff. It just made sense to them.

Another thing, if I may add. When testing units you should
do that in several different browsers IE7+, Chrome, FF etc,
in all an each of them the design should look good, without
any rendering issues. IE6 is 'dead' so that you do not have
to.

If something is cut-off or not displayed properly, sure you
may report that as well.
